Open House Meeting will be held at Metro Water Area Offices and Adjacent Urbanised area office said Metro Water Managing Director Dr. K.Gopal, I.A.S., In this regard, he further stated as follows:

Open House Meeting will be held during the Second Staturday of every month. This month it will be held on 09.07.2011 in all Metro water Area Offices and adjacent urbanised area office between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. as follows:

Consumers are requested to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and sewage removal. They can also clarify their doubts regarding water, Sewerage tax and water charges during this meeting.

In order to get fruitful benefits to the public, the Managing Director, Dr. K. Gopal, I.A.S., desires that these meetings presided over by Superintending Engineers in every Area, should also go round these Area Offices during the time of Open House Meeting. Hence, the public are requested to utilize the open house meeting to record their complaints and to give their valuable suggestions to Metro water.

During the last month’s Open House Meeting (June 2011) 61 petitions were received regarding water supply and sewage disposal and 46 petitions have been rectified. Action is being taken on the remaining 15 petitions.
